African American Abortion

Hot Topic

A lot of you felt like you still had comments you wanted to make on the abortion issue discussed in todays February 15th meeting.

The founder of Planned Parenthood was Margorie Sanger she was devout atheist that believed in negative eugenics in order to make the world a better place. She started "Negro Protect" in order to try to decrease the number of African American reproduction in the U.S. (as well as other minorities) and therefore stop the birth of people she felt weren't capable of raising children.

Now Planned Parenthood is the leader in abortion in the U.S.

For every one black person born 3 are aborted.

Since 1981 there has been 13 million black children aborted (as of 2008).

78% of Planned Parenthood is in minority neighborhoods.

Black women are three times more likely to abort a child than white women.

13% of the womans population is black, whole 37% of the abortions in the U.S. were from black women.

What is the black problem? Is this a coincidence? How do we stop this and is there a solution? Does choice trump an opportunity at life? is the lack of finances to take care of a child a reasonable reason to abort? These are questions we must ask ourselves... What do you think?
